Amanda is a Registered Mental Health Nurse and Psychological Therapist with over 25 years’ experience working in mental health in a variety of settings, including both adolescent and adult counselling services and psychological services within the private, public and NHS sectors.
She has vast experience working with depression, anxiety and bipolar disorder. She specialises in trauma and PTSD.
She has a MSc in CBT an is an accredited CBT therapist and EMDR therapist.
She also has 10 years’ experience of working with some of the UK’s leading TV production companies; by combining all her skills she provides both assessments and psychological support for their participants.
Rameez Ali is a Rational Emotive & Cognitive Behaviour Therapist with over 30 years experience working in mental health in a variety of settings , including NHS primary care psychological services, private hospitals and NHS specialist addiction services.
He has a special interest in addictions and dual diagnosis.
He also works with mood disorders, anxiety disorders, personality disorders, binge eating disorders and ADHD.
He can provide aftercare and Relapse Prevention for addiction and substance misuse,
Wendy O’Neill is a Registered Nutritionist and member of The Nutrition Society and Association for Nutrition. She has many years’ experience in the NHS, private and corporate sectors and offers science-based solutions to a variety of diet-related health problems.
Wendy helps individuals and families improve their health and well-being, with personal,sustainable weight management and dietary programmes.
She can help with intolerances and allergies, diabetes, raised blood pressure, high cholesterol, heart disease, gastrointestinal conditions (coeliac, IBS, liver problems) and PCOS. She has extensive experience with eating disorders, working with individuals, families and schools.
Farra has accumulated over 30 years of clinical experience both serving the NHS Tier 4, and Tier 3 sectors and in private practice.
She uses a range of therapeutic interventions for her patients to support their management of inter personal conflict, anxiety, depression, psychiatric disorders, couple dynamics, family therapy and life cycle challenges. She implements interventions under NICE UK for Psychosis, addiction & Eating disorders.
Farra developed and delivered intercultural therapy programs. She was an expert witness where courts mandated assessments and treatment for families in care at the Marlborough Family service London.
In the role of Service Manager at Westminster, Farra developed clinical interventions for Edge of care Families & Gang work, coordinating and supervising therapy in prisons with young offenders collaborating with The London Metropolitan Police. She was responsible for their supervision, and interventions for gang-related issues.
Farra is intuitive & respectful. In a rapidly evolving society she is keen to support future generations towards better outcomes that benefit their well-being, and support excellent outcomes and functioning in all areas.
